We collect the details required to process student registrations, including name, email, mobile number, college and event-specific fields. Paid registrations also create payment records with the payment provider.

How the information is used

Details are used to confirm registrations, issue tickets, manage attendance, provide certificates where enabled and respond to support requests. We do not place payment card details in this website database.

QR tickets

Ticket QR codes contain a secure random token, not raw student details. The scanner checks that token against the server before marking attendance.
